Products of the Ural Plant of Deicing Materials are applied for winter and inter-season maintenance of cities. The products operate efficiently on various types of road surfaces.
The products are optimal to battle icing in the areas where vehicle and pedestrians are moving, in the yards and at the territories adjacent to buildings.
HOW TO APPLY BIONORD PRODUCTS

Surface treatment:
Prior to treatment the treated surface must be cleaned from loose snow

Distribution methods:
Distribution of material onto treated surfaces can be done both by special machinery equipped with system for automatic adjustment of distribution rates and manually using household inventory.

Hold a pause
for 40-50 minutes (during heavy snowfalls – not more than 3 hours);

Uniform distribution of material:
Distribute deicing material onto the treated surface in accordance with regulations for treating road surface during one technological cycle (according to instruction for using deicing materials).
The recommended daily consumption rate of solid deicing materials when machinery/mechanical spreaders are used to apply sucbh materials — 42 gr/ sq.m.

Mixing material with snow:
Material distributed over the surface of traffic or pedestrian way is mixed with snow-ice deposits by wheels of moving vehicles and pedestrian flows. Traffic intensity influences the speed of material actuation. The higher the intensity – the quicker the material will actuate.

Removal:
Remove the loosened mass by mechanical or manual method. When mechanized sweeping is performed the layer of snow treated with deicers is seamlessly removed from traffic or pedestrian way by ploughs and brushes of cleaning machines.

If required repeat the actions.
Ice monolith loses its crystal structure, softens and becomes loose, then it is removed easily.
