Anatoly Lokot, the Mayor of Novosibirsk, has inspected the fleet of cleaning vehicles. Recently, the fleet has received 12 more vehicles and attachments for existing equipment. In total, 22 units of equipment have been purchased to the amount of 150 million ruble.
“22 units of equipment manufactured by Ryazhsk Motor Vehicle Repair Plant have been purchased. All equipment included in these vehicles is of Russian manufacture. There is no complex electronics of foreign manufacture; therefore, the vehicles are easy to use and repair. They can be operated in summer, as well as in winter version. And it is important that they are suitable for the use of liquid Bionord agent,” Anatoly Lokot, the Mayor of Novosibirsk, emphasized, “Moreover, we have purchased attachments to the existing vehicles; those attachments will allow us to use Bionord.”
For several years, Ural Plant of Deicing Materials has been supplying the following two flagship products to Novosibirsk: Bionord Universal and Bionord Two-Phase.
Bionord multi-component product meeting new GOST 58427-2020 works at very low temperatures (down to -25 С); it is environment-friendly and cost efficient. It allows you to significantly enhance the efficiency of winter maintenance of public road system facilities in the city and outside the city.
Bionord Two-Phase is used at temperatures down to -20С. It implies wetting of granules with a special solution. The wet phase activates the melting of ice and snow much quicker and is better distributed on the road surface.
To work with deicing agents, 10 municipal service cleaning vehicles based on KamAZ 65115 dump trucks, as well as two municipal service cleaning vehicles based on GAZ Next, and an add-on for winter road maintenance allowing the use of Bionord deicing material were purchased.
