Edible evaporated salt of the "Extra" category is produced from subsoil sea brine, obtained by the evaporation method. It has a high degree of purification: sodium chloride (NaCl) content not less than 99.7%.
Raw material origin: subsoil sea.
Particle size distribution:
up to 0.8 mm - not less than 75%,
over 0.8 mm up to 1.2 mm - not more than 25%.
Storage conditions: in a dry, closed room at a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
Shelf life: unlimited if storage conditions are met.
Packaging: available in 1000 kg (big bag), 25 kg, and 1 kg packages, depending on customer needs.
