Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM), a leading Russian manufacturer of Bionord modern deicing products, is summing up the results of the program for attracting and training young specialists for 2024. By the end of the year, the company hired over 30 graduates of secondary vocational schools and higher educational institutions.
UZPM actively cooperates with technical educational institutions of Perm Krai and the Moscow Region, where its main production sites are located. Currently, the enterprise is among the top 30 largest companies of Perm Krai and ranks among the five leading employers of the town of Krasnokamsk.
“Cooperation between business and educational institutions creates a solid foundation for the successful launch of young specialists’ careers. UZPM as an employer is interested in young talents; therefore, we are always happy to hire college and university students for internships and practical training. We provide comfortable conditions for the development of professional competencies and dipping into high-tech production processes. UZPM General Director also pointed out important aspects that influence the choice of the place of work for young specialists:

In 2025, UZPM will continue to expand its internship program, further developing cooperation with the educational institutions and creating new opportunities for building a successful career.
