UZPM opens its email for questions and suggestions on the use of Bionord
Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM), a manufacturer of modern deicing products under the Bionord brand, announced the launch of a special email address for feedback from the citizens - ask-bionord@uzpm.ru. Now, the city residents can directly ask questions, send comments and recommendations related to the use of Bionord on city roads and sidewalks.
UZPM notes that the main goal of the new communication channel is to timely detect potential problems and receive prompt feedback from users. The company’s specialists plan to analyse the incoming messages and, if necessary, offer additional solutions to improve the quality of winter street and road maintenance. Citizens will be able to indicate specific addresses, the nature of the issues observed, and attach photos or additional materials to their letters.
“We are interested in Bionord being used effectively and safely for people and the environment,” UZPM management emphasizes. “Any feedback helps us better understand the actual operating conditions and, if necessary, adjust the composition of the agent or recommendations on its use. We invite city residents to actively share their experiences and questions.”
In the future, the received feedback will be taken into account for the purposes of developing and improving the Bionord technology. According to the plant representatives, the information from consumers and utility companies will also allow them to provide a fast response to the emerging problems and maintain high level of product quality.
