Rustam Gilfanov, the founder of the Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM, Perm Krai), establishes a new business community aimed at developing and promoting a stable growth of the existing production sites, in particular, with the involvement of external players. The structure will be supervised by the managing company Winter Technologies Group (WTG).
