The delegation got briefed on the progress of work on projects implemented by UZPM together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Modernizing of compaction sector is carried out within a framework of the national program “improve labor productivity and support employment". The goal of the program is to increase the competitiveness of enterprises through the introduction of modern technologies in production, the proper organization of labor, and the implementation of the "lean production" trend.
The plant also presented interim results from the project “a creation of import-substituting lines of production in the high quality of sodium formate" and “modernizing the production of deicing materials and reagents in new generation by producing its own raw materials".
In addition, current issues and further plans for implementing joint investment programs were discussed during the working meeting.
