Representatives of Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM) demonstrated an environment-friendly material for dust control at CleanExpo Kazakhstan, an international exhibition of professional cleaning equipment and detergents.
The exhibition in Almaty was held for the 19th time. As always, it is regarded as a unique project of the Republic of Kazakhstan where the cleaning industry products required almost by each industry are demonstrated. Representatives of cleaning companies, healthcare facilities, hotel and catering business, airports, car service centres, and railway stations are among the visitors.
At CleanExpo, Ural Plant of Deicing Materials presented the best solution for dust problem in urban areas: Bionord Antidust and Bionord Shampoo. This problem is very acute in Kazakhstan due to the geographical and climatic features of the country. Combined application of the antidust agent and shampoo makes it possible to eliminate the problem of spring cleaning of the street and road network and have the maximum dust reduction in cities in spring-summer period.
Bionord Antidust is also recommended for the performance of manufacturing activities, building and construction work, transportation of bulk and dusty materials. The material is efficient due to the property of its composition to bind small particles into bigger ones, thus not allowing them to levitate being driven by the wind. The product ensures dust suppression for more than 10 days; the material maintains its properties in the rain and does not freeze on the roads even at -10С. The developed material has been successfully tested in the mining industry, as well as on the roads in Kazan and Novorossiysk. Today, Bionord Antidust is used in cities of the North Caucasus and in Novosibirsk, as well as at pits of Evraz.
