The Youth Council of the Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM), a leading Russian manufacturer of anti-ice products under the Bionord brand, recently represented the company for the first time at the XIII National Forum of Working Youth. The event was held in Perm and gathered 400 participants from more than 60 regions of the country. The central theme of the forum was the development of a "21st-Century Labor Code," envisioning the modern worker. During four days young specialists exchanged experiences, participated in interactive workshops, expert discussions and networking sessions.
"It is a great honor for our team to participate in such a large-scale event. It is especially significant that we were chosen of 3,500 applications from all over Russia, and became one of the 400 best young specialists. The forum provided us with a unique opportunity not only to get acquainted with the best industry practices, but also to demonstrate the professionalism of our team at the federal level. In addition, we discussed the key competencies of the specialists of the "future" and established contacts with colleagues from various industries," said Yana Kalegina, Chairman of the UZPM Youth Council.
As part of the cultural program, representatives of UZPM developed a unique corporate style, took part in the "Treasures of the Youth Capital" quest, covering a 19-kilometer route, and also visited one of Russia's leading machine-building enterprises.
The UZPM Youth Council members received letters of gratitude for their proactive and responsible approach to key projects within the Youth Parliament of the Krasnokamsk Municipal District. They were also commended for their significant contributions to the development of the youth movement and for their outstanding representation of the Krasnokamsk Municipal District at the VI Youth Work Tourist Meeting of the Perm Krai.
