From April 23 to April 25, 2024, Mining World Russia 2024 — the 28th International exhibition of machines and equipment for mining, processing, and transportation of minerals — was held in Moscow Crocus Expo. The event brings together mining industry professionals and is one of the most representative exhibitions of the industry in Russia.
Over 100 foreign and domestic companies, including Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM) — the biggest manufacturer of advanced environment-friendly agents and dust suppressants in the territory of the Russian Federation — participated in the exhibition for the first time. UZPM presented special Bionord dust suppression and freezing suppression agents.
“The level of the event is amazing, the industry experts from all over the country are present, and I am pleased that the demand for our products turned out to be very high. Representatives of mining and processing plants, open-pit mines from Yakutia, Kuzbass, Chelyabinsk, Murmansk, and other regions of Russia are interested in dust suppression and freezing suppression agents. We have reached agreements with a number of big holdings to conduct large-scale tests. Even representatives of Tanzania have asked us to give them an international certificate for Bionord Antidust as they need a dust suppressant for one of their national parks,” Rashid Emelkhanov, UZPM Project Manager shared his impressions after Mining World Russia 2024 exhibition.
