The Ural Plant of Deicing Materials (UZPM), a leading Russian manufacturer of modern anti-ice products under the Bionord brand, has ranked 26th in the rating of the TOP-300 large and medium-sized enterprises in Perm Krai for the year 2024. The company improved its position by two points, securing its place among the top thirty leaders of regional industry.
The rating is based on key financial performance indicators: revenue, profit, and asset value. UZPM's positive dynamic is driven by the expansion of its supply footprint, increase in production volumes, and the development of new business areas, in particular, the launch of the Bionord Home household cleaning product line. Today, the company’s products are used in more than fifty regions of Russia and are included in the registry of the country’s 100 Best Goods.
The development of new deicing formulations is carried out in collaboration with specialized scientific-research institutes, which makes it possible to create materials tailored for various climatic conditions and pavement types. All products undergo mandatory certification, exhibit reduced corrosive activity, and are accompanied by a full package of permit documentation.

Our main production facilities are located here, new formulations are created here in partnership with research institutes, and future specialists are trained here to work at the plant. UZPM production facilities are located in Krasnokamsk (Perm Krai) and Dolgoprudny (Moscow Region). The enterprise manufactures a full line of deicing materials for the maintenance of highways, sidewalks, territories surrounding residential buildings, and other urban infrastructure facilities.
