Ural Plant of Deicing Materials Limited Liability Company (UZPM LLC is a part of the business community WTG) started launching the first automated line of the crushing and drying complex (CDC). The investments of the project that started last year on the production site in Krasnokamsk were more than 100 mln. roubles. The main task of CDC is the processing of the raw material of different types and its preparation to the main production workshops.
The launch of conveyor technology shall increase sufficiently the production process efficiency and the qualitative characteristics of the finished products. A new automated line for raw material preparation is built-in into the main production cycle of the enterprise and equipped with the crushers and the drum drying line from the preparation area till the feeding into the raw material workshop directly. The entire production process is controlled by the operators of the plants. The control of the whole complex will require the minimal number of specialists.
CDC allows processing almost any type of raw material that is a component of the deicing agents. The design capacity of the raw materials at this stage is 480 tons per day. The launch of the second line planned for the 4th quarter of 2022 will allow reaching the production volumes up to 320 thousand tons per year.

When launching our crushing and drying complex we have got the opportunity to process any types of raw material and this will allow us increasing the volumes of the main product line and be flexible when choosing the suppliers. The new automated line can provide the decrease of the production cost: the number of reloading stations, loading equipment and transport will be reduced. The conveyor technology will provide the prudent use of incoming raw material, decrease the labor costs for its preparation, increase the speed of feeding of the raw material into the workshops and increase the quality of the finished products.”
