Ural Plant of Deicing Materials introduced a new product at Transport Week in Moscow. This is the central event in the transport industry, supported by the Government of the Russian Federation and bringing together representatives of the country regions and leading companies.
Perm Krai stand introduced major projects for transport infrastructure development, including the new transport model that the region is currently implementing, projects for reconstruction of Bolshoe Savino airport and construction of transfer hubs in the region's capital, IT solutions for road traffic safety, and a unique new solution by Ural Plant of Deicing Materials.
UZPM LLC presented BIONORD Antidust - a solution for dusty urban areas. This summer the new product underwent successful trials by mining enterprises and on the roads of Kazan and Novorossiysk. In the autumn, BIONORD Antidust started to be used in the cities of Transcaucasia and Novosibirsk.
The product's high performance is based on the ability of the compound to bind fine dust particles into larger groups, preventing them from rising into air under the influence of wind and vehicles. According to the developers, the product is designed for various types of surfaces, including asphalt, and does not make the road slippery. The dust-suppressing effect is sustained for more than 10 days; the compound remains effective in the rain and does not freeze on the road even at -10C. It will be beneficial during construction and repair work, transportation of bulk and dusty cargoes.

UZPM LLC also developed a high-tech station for dust suppression reagent storage, filling and metering. The system is supplied together with the material for the duration of the contract. The stations are compact, convenient and easy to use, fully automated and equipped with telemetry for online control. They help significantly reduce road machinery filling time, monitor the quality and quantity of the product, and track consumption volumes.
UZPM LLC keeps training and consulting enterprises and contractors on state-of-the-art technologies for road cleaning and maintenance, and willingly shares its experience in the use of reagents with other regions."
